Friday, March 8, 2019 1 Adar II 5779

6:30 PM - 9:00 PMAnsche Chesed

This Shabbat we will mark the International Women's Day by celebrating musical contributions by Jewish women composers. From early 20th century first women cantors, called Hazzantes, to historic contributions by the late Debbie Friedman, z'l, to today's many talented and prolific cantors, rabbis and songwriters of Jewish liturgical melodies, - let their songs and stories move and inspire you! Join Cantor Natasha J. Hirschhorn and Rabbi Kalmanofsky for a spirited and joyous evening of welcoming Shabbat at 5:30pm. Stay for dinner with friends and raise the roof with soulful and rousing sounds of Zemirot and Niggunim, honoring Jewish women composers. With sufficient registration of our younger members, the gym be open for supervised play.

Sorry, Registration has ended.
