Please join us for a community meeting to discuss the findings of the synagogue-wide survey, and work together to chart an initial course of action. There will be a presentation of the survey highlights, followed by round-table discussions. Bagels and lox will be served, and the gym will be open for supervised children’s play.

We will be focusing on the following five areas in our roundtable conversations:

• Becoming a more welcoming community
• Attracting (new) and retaining (current) members 
• Strengthening programming and program participation
• Accessing and Utilizing Members' Skills
• Improving communications with members
