Ages 8 and up
Our group will join other volunteers at JCC Harlem's food packaging project. We will create shelf-stable food packets in environmentally friendly packaging and utilizing high quality, bulk food. The food packets created will be available at the Community Kitchen & Food Pantry’s supermarket-style pantry for clients to select and then bring home to cook.
Location:
JCC Harlem: 318 West 118th Street, between Manhattan and Frederick Douglass Aves.
