In honor of Black History Month, Ansche Chesed has access to the award-winning documentary, “Shared Legacies.” In this film, the crucial historical lessons of Black-Jewish cooperation are revisited and revived in an urgent call to action. This poignant story of unity applies not only to our shared past but also our future.

We will watch clips from “Shared Legacies” together on Zoom, and then Rabbi Saul Berman, will speak about his own experiences in Selma in 1965.
