AC parents are invited to come together virtually for an "AC Parent Community Check-In" with Rabbi Yael and Liz Emens. Liz Emens is an AC parent, and Director of the Mindfulness Program at the Columbia Law School. Liz will lead us in an introduction to mindfulness meditation, and discussion on how mindfulness can help us as parents (and people!), especially in this unique moment.
