The chart below represents our first dues increase in twenty years. Careful management of finances alone can no longer address the demands of rising energy, security, and healthcare costs, along with the pandemic’s impact on our rental income and technological expenditures. We have worked to thoughtfully structure this increase. While those in a higher income bracket are more likely to note the change, please know that no one will be turned away for an inability to meet these dues. We are available for any questions and to provide detail beyond the attached letter sent to the community in May.
Below is the Fair Share Dues schedule for those who complete their registration online. You may renew your 2022-2023 membership HERE . Online dues differ slightly from dues paid by check.
