The Hebrew month of Elul, which leads up to the High Holidays, is a time of self-reflection. To prepare for the High Holidays, let's ground ourselves in Jewish mindfulness and meditation. By recalling our actions of the past year - those we are proud of and those which we seek teshuva for - we can better set our intentions for the year to come.
